*Maximum occupancy per room is 5 persons
*Extra adults are charged an additional $20 fee
*Full pre-payment of New Year’s Reservations is due by December 15, 2009
*New Year’s Eve reservations must be cancelled by December 15, 2009 to receive a refund
*Cancellations made after December 15, 2009 will forfeit 50% of the New Year’s Eve stay plus a $25.00 processing fee
